Privacy policy
The controller of the data collected on this website is Florian Maridat (see "Website publisher"). Two processing activities are carried out: the newsletter and audience measurement.
Newsletter
Data collected: email address, first name (optional) and language. Purpose: sending news (concerts, recordings, announcements). Legal basis: your consent, collected through double opt-in (a confirmation email is sent to you). Retention period: until you unsubscribe; subscriptions that are never confirmed are deleted after 30 days. Recipients: the data is hosted by OVH and is not shared with any third party for commercial purposes. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.
Audience measurement
With your consent (cookie banner), this website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure its audience: pages viewed, device type and browsing data. Recipient: Google Ireland Ltd; any transfers outside the European Union are governed by the Data Privacy Framework. Retention period: 2 months. Without your consent, no data is sent to Google. You can withdraw your consent at any time via "Manage cookies" at the bottom of the page.
